It is also known as the supported fish pose and it helps to clear out congestions in your lungs and is very beneficial for the respiratory system which is extremely important these days due to Coronavirus. Procedures to perform this asana is to lie down on your yoga mat. You can use yoga blocks or generally your mat to help you remain in the pose. To achieve the Pose you must lift your upper back and the back of your head in the air when keeping the rest of your body attached to the ground.
You must remain in this position for about 1 minute and repeat it about three to four times at least to get proper benefits. It is advisable to keep your palms wide open in the upward direction.
Uttanasana is a yoga pose that brings a lot of health benefits along with boosting your immunity. It is associated with getting your blood flow to different parts of your body which helps you in multiple ways. Mucous membranes present in our body are responsible for boosting the immune system as they are the first line of defence against foreign particles that might enter the body.
To perform this asana the first step is to stand with your feet hip wide apart. Nextstep is to slowly bend by bending your knees a bit. You must touch your hand at the back of your feet why facing your knees. You should stay in this position for a minimum of 40 seconds and this will allow the blood circulation to flow in the sinuses as well.
This pose has 12 benefits of boosting your immunity and leaving you stress-free after you do it. It is one of the most relaxing poses which helps you relax your back and improves blood flow to different parts of your body. To practice this asana, you must first lie down about 3 inches away from a wall. The next step is to turn your feet and align them against the wall. You must adjust yourself to have a proper 90-degree poster with your thighs touching the wall. You must stay in this position for about 5 to 10 minutes for the blood flow to occur properly and also to get all the benefits.
