Halasana (Plough Pose)
This asana strengthens the neck and shoulders, improves flexibility, tones the legs, strengthens the immune system, and also stimulates the thyroid gland.
To do this asana, your feet should be together and palms should be touching the floor. Slowly lift your legs, then your back and turn your legs over your head so that your feet touch the floor. Use our hands and press them on the floor to help your body lift.
While exhaling, slowly and gently, bring back your feet and back on the original position.
Uttanasana (Standing forward bend)
This pose helps calm our bodies and muscles. This helps in increased blood circulation hence, making our skin gleaming and shiny. Stand straight and with exhale, bend down so that your palms rest on the floor at the sides of your feet.
For those who are unable to touch the ground, can hold the ankles. You can even go for half a bend pose (where you rest your hands on the knees). The body should be perpendicular to the floor and back should be straight at all times.
Trikonasana (Extended Triangle pose)
This asana is started with standing straight and placing your feet wide apart. The arms should be at the shoulder level.
While inhaling, raise the left arm and bend the body towards the right. The right arm should touch the right toe. For those who are unable to touch the toe can touch the ankles or the shin. Always take the support of the wait while going down. The arms should be in a straight line. Keep your gaze at the left arm.
Make sure that you do not slouch while bending down. The back and waist should be straight and should be bent sideways. Neither forward not backward, just in line with the waist. The chest and pelvis should be open. Try to stabilize your body and take deep breaths. While inhaling, come back up, and drop your arms to the side. Stand with your feet together. Repeat the same on the left leg. For those who have trouble, balancing can take the support of the wall.
This asana also improves blood circulation in the body and helps in fat reduction in the waist and thigh region.
Bhujangasana (Cobra pose)
This pose is beneficial not only for strengthening the body and the spine but also for a beaming face.
Start this posture with the prone position (lying straight on the floor with the stomach touching the floor and the back body facing the roof). Hands should be just at the sides of the shoulder, palms on the floor. While inhaling, lift your body away from the floor. Use your hands for this and press them down. Stretch backward so that your spine is arched and you feel a stretch in your back. The gaze should be at the roof. Breathe normally while holding the pose for 15-30 seconds. Exhale deeply and to release the asana, slowly come back to the floor.
Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation)
This is magical asana has various benefits. It helps not only in achieving a shine on our face but helps in weight reduction, ensures a better digestive system, regularizes menstrual cycle, helps your body relax, enhances blood circulation, energizes the body, and helps cure insomnia.

Ushtrasana (Camel pose)
This pose helps in brightening our skin along with reducing belly fat. This pose is started in Vajrasana. Slowly, lift your body away from the calves. Your body should be aligned with the floor and back should be straight. The bodyweight would be on the knees.
While exhaling, arch your back backward. Try to touch the ankles of the feet with your hands one by one and tilt your head backward. The pose will be complete when you feel a stretch in your belly. Hold this pose minimum for 30 seconds and maximum for 60 seconds and just breathe normally. To release, exhale while coming back to Vajrasana slowly and gently.

In addition to the above yoga poses for glowing skin, you can also do Ardha Matsyendrasana (Half fish pose), Pawanmukhtasana (Wind relieving pose), and Tadasana (Mountain Pose). It is recommended that you end your yoga session by cooling down your body in Shavasana (Corpse Pose).
